SPECIAL PLACER 211 PRESENTATION

Sun City Lincoln Hills Neighborhood Watch, on September 13, sponsored a Special Placer 211 Presentation in collaboration with the SCLH Association. Presented here are videos and information provided at the presentation.

The principal speaker was Ulysses Palencia, the 211 Placer Contact Center Manager.  Also presenting from SCLH Neighborhood Watch were Executive Director, Linda Minor and Executive Assistant/Web Master, Renee Plummer.

The 211 Placer program connects to more than 1500 programs of more than 900 agencies.  It takes more than 65,000 calls, texts, and website visits from within Placer County including more than 1,300 to date from the City of Lincoln. 

Over 100 residents who attended the presentation learned just how easy the 24/7 free referral program was to access.
