We live in a relatively safe community, however from time to time there are opportunist thieves who drive through our villages looking for easy targets, i.e. doors left open or unlocked, valuables left in plain view in vehicles.
ALWAYS CLOSE ALL WINDOWS AND LOCK ALL DOORS WHEN NOT IN USE. NEVER LEAVE ANYTHING OF VALUE IN PLAIN VIEW IN YOUR VEHICLE.
We all must be more aware and alert!!! Call police Immediately to report any suspicious person(s) or vehicles. When reporting a suspicious vehicle try to obtain the license plate number and give it to the dispatcher when you call.
If it’s an emergency call 911, non-emergency call 916 645-4040.
