Spooky? Well—it is October, and Halloween is coming.  Neighborhood Watch (NW) is here to help get the spooky out and the safety in—let’s participate and make this community great!  During NW October 6, National Night Out, participants offered food donations for delivery to The Salt Mine (Your Local Charity Feeding Families), and residents continue to send monetary donations through the Lincoln Hills Foundation, PO Box 220, Lincoln, CA 95648-0220.   Read more here
