MAIL STATION VANDALIZED
Sometime during the late night of Wednesday 11/13/24 and the early morning of Thursday 11/14/24 some person(s) unknown pried open one of the parcel doors on a mail station located on Walden View Ln. All mail station residents were notified by the very alert Mailbox Captain for village 25B. No one has reported a loss. (V25B backs to open space, golf course and Spring Valley Pkwy, entrances are Southlight Ln & Ridgetop Ln off Spring Valley Pkwy) As we have previously reported, these “Cluster Mailboxes” are not secure. NEVER leave your incoming or outgoing mail in these mailboxes overnight.
BEST PLACES FOR OUTGOING MAIL – US POST OFFICE, USPS BLUE BOXES OR UPS STORES.

- Sign up for USPS Informed Delivery – you will receive daily emails with photos of that day’s mail.
- Register with UPS, FedEx and USPS. – you will receive email when a package is delivered.
- Utilize PICKUP LOCATIONS – FedEx offers drop off location in the Lincoln Safeway and Walgreens on 12 Bridges or UPS store in the Lincoln Safeway center – check with carrier for details.

She found a different website run by a company in North Carolina which is a referral service like Angie or Thumbtacks that refers people to contactors for home services – so be sure to include Sun City Lincoln Hills Neighborhood Watch in your search.
