Sun City Lincoln Hills Neighborhood Watch/Neighbors Indeed,

Please see the attached PUBLIC ALERT BULLETIN regarding the jewelry theft series that has occurred in the city of Lincoln. Please distribute this bulletin to your fellow Neighborhood Watch Members. The citizens of Lincoln are the eyes and ears of this city. Please emphasize to all members/residents not to approach or attempt to stop these suspect(s) if they are approached. As they can better serve the Lincoln Police Department by providing detailed information about these suspect(s)/suspect vehicle(s). The best witness can observe and report. No detail is too little.

This is an ongoing investigation, as there are many victims involved. To those who know Barry Johnson, this email was also sent to him as he advised he, too, would be distributing this information amongst the Neighborhood Watch group.
