IRS is NOT going to call or Email you! Social Security 1099 forms and other tax forms are in the mail. Pick up your mail ASAP. Remember, these forms have your social security number on them!

A resident had a heart attack while driving in Lincoln Hills. If you see paramedics, it is important to call the Village Coordinator so they can notify the emergency contacts. In this case the hospital had a hard time finding next of kin. This is also a reminder to keep your emergency contact information up to date in your home AND on your phone.

MAIL STATION BREAK-IN
A resident in the 400 block of Rustic Ranch Ct reports that sometime between Friday 12/29/23 and Saturday 12/30/23 some person(s) unknown broke into the village mailbox and stole an unknown amount of mail. The Lincoln police have been notified. (V5B backs to golf course, Ferrari Ranch Rd, Ingram Pkwy & Sun City Blvd, entrances are Rustic Ranch Ln off Ingram Pkwy & Stockman Ln off Sun City Blvd).
