LINCOLN, CA- On 06/20/2023, at approximately 11:05 pm, the Lincoln Police Department responded to the 600 block of Blossom Lane for a report of a theft at a residence. Upon arrival, officers learned the 92-year-old victim pulled into her garage and as she exited her vehicle, an unknown male suspect entered the garage as well. Without saying anything to the victim, the suspect opened the front passenger door of the vehicle, grabbed the victim’s purse and a grocery bag from the front passenger seat and fled on foot.
The suspect was described as a male adult, 30-40 years of age, approximately 5’06”-5’08” wearing a dark blue hooded sweatshirt. The male suspect was last observed running northbound on Dogwood Loop. A search was conducted for the suspect, but he was not located.
Detectives have been assigned to this case and it is currently under investigation. Anyone with information on this incident is asked to call the Lincoln Police Department Investigations Unit at 916- 645-4040. The Lincoln Police Department will release further information as it becomes available.
