Two Incidents in Lincoln Hills

Suspicious Occurrence: On Tuesday, 12/28/21 at 4:50 PM a resident in the 1000 block of Tioga Ct alerted by her dog barking, observed the below listed subject on the wall in her backyard. This wall separates the resident’s property from Del Webb Blvd and is one block down from the Softball field. The listed subject apparently realized that he had been seen and he jumped off the wall back onto Del Webb Blvd. Means and direction of escape unknown.

Subject: White male, Height unknown, heavy set, dark hair, clean shaven. Wearing white hoodie sweatshirt. The resident did the right thing by immediately calling the police and notifying her neighbors. In addition, after calling the police, I would suggest that you contact Curator, our private security company (916-771-7185) and alert them.

Attempted Theft: A resident in the 1500 block of Delta Wind Ln reports that sometime during the early morning hours of Wednesday, 12/22/21 some person(s) unknown tried to remove/steal the Catalytic Converter from the resident’s vehicle. There is no further information at this time.

Security Checklist:
1. Fully close overhead garage door day and night
2. Lock side garage door
3. Remove garage door opener from vehicles, lock doors & keep valuables out of sight—remind visitors too
4. Turn on exterior lights at dusk
