Annual Meeting and Breakfast Potluck
The annual meeting is a good time to connect with other Mailbox Captains and Coordinators and learn more about Neighborhood Watch. All Directors, Village Coordinators and Co-Coordinators, Mailbox Captains and residents are invited to attend (and bring a guest).
For the breakfast potluck, please bring your favorite finger-food breakfast item (enough to serve 10). Coffee, tea and water will be provided.
Per NW policy, a quorum (for annual meeting) is reached when 20% of our voting members are present, so if you are a voting member (Coordinator or Director) – your attendance is crucial.
