Date: Saturday, APRIL 24th, 2021 between 10 am and 2 pm

Where: Lincoln Police Department, 770 7th Street

How: Drive up through the parking lot (which will be indicated by cones and officers on scene) and provided the officers with their unwanted prescriptions.

Process: Wear your mask. You do not have to exit the vehicle.
Acceptable items: Prescriptions, Non-Prescription (over the counter), Controlled substances,Veterinary Medications. Liquid medications (Please seal tightly or place in a Zip-loc bag). Unacceptable items: NO SHARPS or LANCETS, NO medical waste.

Last year, Lincoln PD safely collected approx. 600+ lbs. of unwanted/unused/expired prescriptions and over the counter drugs!
Note: Your private information on the prescription labels will be protected – all items collected are immediately sealed and will be destroyed.
