1…..(Prowler) A resident in the 800 block of Northfield Ln reports that on 03/27/20 at 1:00 AM the below listed suspect entered his side yard. He entered thru the front gate, went right to his side garage door and tried to open the door. The door was locked. The suspect then walked to the backyard where he left the property via a rear gate. The resident became aware of this suspect’s actions when he looked at his video recorder the following day. There was no loss reported at this time. The neighbors were advised along with the Lincoln Police and our private security. (V7B backs to Ferrari Ranch Rd, Safeway shopping center with golf cart path to Northfield Ln & golf course, entrance is Northfield off Ingram Pkwy)

SUSPECT: White Male, 60-70 yrs., Large Heavy Build, COMPLETELY BALD. Wearing Shirt, and Cardigan Type Sweater with light color shoes.

THE RESIDENT WHO CAPTURED THE SUSPECT ON VIDEO DID THE RIGHT THING BY IMMEDIATELY NOTIFYING HIS/HER NEIGHBORS, LINCOLN POLICE AND OUR PRIVATE SECURITY.

2….(Burglary) There was a reported theft in the 200 block of Bloomfield Ct. At this time, the victim was not available; however a neighbor states that some person(s) unknown had forced open the side garage door and stole a bicycle. There is no further information available at the time of this report. (Bloomfield is also in V7B, off Northfield)

3….(Attempted Burglary) In nearby village 15, three reports of prowlers were made to the village coordinator, 2 videos and one screen removal incident on a back window, all at different times of the night. The police were called on at least one. One appeared to be a vagrant. (V15 backs to Del Webb Blvd, East Joiner Blvd, open space & golf course, entrance is Sun Park, off Del Webb)
