Incidents in Lincoln Hills October 6-17, 2019

1……On Thursday, October 10, 2019 one of our residents was in Sacramento helping out at a birthday party and she put her purse down on the sidewalk. An individual ran off with her purse. This occurred at 7:00 PM. When she returned to her home in the 1700 block of Grand Pheasant Ln, at 8:00 PM, she discovered that some person(s) unknown had entered and ransacked her residence. Loss was jewelry and other miscellaneous items! The Police responded and a report was made. (V24C backs to Spring Valley Pkwy,12 Bridges Dr & open space, entrances are Blue Heron Lp off Spring Valley & Grand Pheasant off Kingfisher)

2…… On October 6, 2019 in the 2500 block of Swainson Ln some unknown suspect(s) stole items from victim’s vehicle. No further information at this time. (V36 backs to Spring Valley Pkwy & open space, entrance is Longspur Lp off Spring Valley Pkwy)

3……A resident in the 2300 block of Granite Ln reports that on 10/12/19 some person/s unknown had made several attempts to gain entry into the home through windows and doors. No further information at this time. (V21 backs to Stoneridge Blvd & open space, entrance is Hidden Hills Ln off Stoneridge Blvd)

4……On Wednesday, 10/16/19 at 1:45 PM there was a Hit and Run accident, with extensive damage to a parked vehicle, in the 1700 block of Fallen Leaf Ln. A light gray SUV was seen leaving the scene. The suspect vehicle should have damage to the right side . ANY ONE WITH INFORMATION ABOUT THIS ACCIDENT SHOULD CONTACT THE LINCOLN POLICE DEPARTMENT AT 916 645-4040. (V26B backs to Del Webb, open space & golf course, entrance is Fallen Leaf off Del Webb Blvd)

5…….During the early morning hours of Thursday, 10/17/19 some person(s) unknown entered the resident’s vehicle parked outside in the driveway in the 1700 block of Crocker Ln.  The suspect(s) ransacked that vehicle, then using that vehicle’s garage door opener, opened the resident’s garage. Inside the garage was the resident’s other vehicle with the wife’s purse and car keys . The suspect(s) stole that vehicle. That vehicle was equipped with an “On-Star” tracking device. The Sheriff told the resident that as they approached the stolen vehicle the suspects fled and were not apprehended. (V40A backs to Andover Ln & open space, entrance is Andover Ln off Sun City Blvd)
