- Sometime between Monday night 06/04/19 and early morning Tuesday 06/05/19 some person(s) unknown broke into the “Snack Shack” at the “Sports Pavilion” on Del Webb Blvd. The loss included miscellaneous pieces of equipment.
- There were two “fraud” cases reported recently. In both cases the victim’s credit card numbers were used to purchase various items. The one resident who was contacted, still has her card and rarely uses it. Unknown how the suspects obtained their card numbers.
BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN USING YOUR CREDIT CARD!!! IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT, IN PLACE OF YOUR SIGNATURE ON THE BACK OF THE CARD, YOU WRITE “SEE IDENTIFICATION.”
The police cannot be everywhere, therefore residents need to be alert and report any suspicious persons or vehicles. This is the mission of Neighborhood Watch: Observe and Report.
Call IMMEDIATELY to give police time to arrive.
If it’s an emergency call 911, non-emergency call 916 645-4040.
WHEN REPORTING A SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE, TRY TO OBTAIN THE LICENSE PLATE NUMBER (take a picture with your phone) AND GIVE IT TO THE DISPATCHER WHEN YOU CALL.
