FROM TIME TO TIME THERE ARE OPPORTUNIST THIEVES WHO DRIVE THROUGH OUR COMMUNITY LOOKING FOR AN EASY TARGET. ALWAYS KEEP YOUR DOORS AND WINDOWS CLOSED AND LOCKED WHEN NOT IN USE!!

WHEN AWAY FOR ANY LENGTH OF TIME, HAVE SOMEONE PICKUP ANY NEWSPAPERS, LEAFLETS OR MAGAZINES LEFT ON YOUR DOORSTEP OR IN THE DRIVEWAY.

REPORT ANY SUSPICIOUS PERSON(S) OR VEHICLES TO THE POLICE “IMMEDIATELY”. (Emergency 911, Non-Emergency 916-645-4040) When reporting a suspicious vehicle, try to obtain the license plate number and give it to the police dispatcher when you call.

THIEVES KNOW THAT MOST PEOPLE KEEP THEIR JEWELRY EITHER IN THE BEDROOM DRESSER OR IN THE BEDROOM CLOSET.

IF POSSIBLE, PUT YOUR VALUABLES, INCLUDING PERSONAL PAPERS, BANK ACCOUNT INFORMATION AND PASSPORTS IN A SAFE AND SECURELY ATTACH THE SAFE TO SOMETHING SO IT CAN NOT BE REMOVED EASILY. IF A SAFE IS NOT POSSIBLE, CONSIDER THE GARAGE AS A HIDING PLACE. THIS IS USUALLY THE LAST PLACE A THIEF WOULD LOOK FOR VALUABLES.

(V16A Backs to open space, golf course, E Joiner Pkwy & Del Webb Blvd, entrances are Sun Park Ln & Chuck Wing Ln, off Del Webb Blvd)
