1. (Burglary) A resident in the 300 block of Sawmill Ln reports that between Sunday 11/25/18, 11:00 PM and Monday 11/26/18, 8:00 AM some unknown person(s) entered the residence while they were away. The thieves ransacked the house and, at this time, the only reported loss is a small television. This house is for sale and has a sign posted out front. The Point of Entry was apparently the front door. The thieves had cut the REALTORS LOCK BOX off a meter on the side of the house and obtained the house key. The thieves also cut off the lock on the Main Electrical Panel and shut off the power to the house. The time frame for the burglary was determined by a neighbor who was watching the house and noticed the open front door at 8:00 AM on Monday. A police report was made.

2. (Truck Burglary) On Sunday 11/11/18 around 1:00 AM miscellaneous items were taken from an “UNLOCKED” truck parked in the driveway in the 900 block of Fairway Valley Ln. The items taken were hidden behind and under the front seat. There are no known suspects at this time!!

We all must be AWARE AND ALERT and report any suspicious person(s) or vehicles IMMEDIATELY to the police!!! (Emergency # 911, Non-Emergency # 916-645-4040)

If you must leave your vehicle outside, always close the windows, lock the doors and never leave anything of value exposed. Also, if you have a removable garage door opener, bring it into the house.

If you are the victim of an incident, report it IMMEDIATELY to the police!! After you make a police report give me a call with the information so that I can put out a BULLETIN alerting our residents.
