The person responsible for the traffic accident at Ferrari Ranch Rd and Sun City Blvd has come forward. She is a lady in her 80’s. She has stated that she did not realize she had hit the bicycle rider. The police believe her and there will be no charges. The victim is in full agreement with this decision.
